Our dhoop sticks are handcrafted using natural aromatic botanicals, resins, and essential oils. While our products are formulated to be low smoke and charcoal-free:

• Always burn incense in well-ventilated spaces and keep away from flammable materials.
• Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Our products are intended for aromatic and spiritual use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payments

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST (HSN 33074100) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices or cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing or typographical errors. Payments are processed securely via RBI-compliant payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours and delivered across major Indian pin codes within 3–7 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on courier partners, tracking, and transit times.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of incense products, returns are accepted exclusively for items received damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect. For eligible claims, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery as outlined in our Returns Policy.
